DUCK for DINNER
Another cultural activity for our team mates was to help us kill our remaining 4 ducks.
Ginny (with the monkey around her neck) is an expert duck neck chopper off-er.
Sticking the duck in boiling water to loosen its feathers.
De-feathering the duck.
Gutting the ducks.
A very yummy duck dinner.
