Jeff and Amy McKissick
We are medical missionaries with SIM (Serving in Mission) working to plant churches in Colonia San Francisco, Department of Caazapa, Paraguay. God has blessed us with 5 children, a peaceful town to live in, precious friends, fulfillment in our ministry and a beautiful culture to explore. He truly has given us more that we could ever have asked or imagined.
Ryan is 9. He is smart, witty and outgoing. He loves games and playing with friends.
Ginny is 7. She loves taking care of animals and pretending to be one herself. She loves dresses and nail polish, climbing trees and collecting frogs.
Joshua is 6. He can make anything fun and exciting. He loves to run, jump, climb, get dirty and push all limits.
Tyler is 5. He has a contagious smile and hearty laugh. He is sensitive and loves to cuddle.
Micah is 3. He is active, mischievious, loud and 100% boy. He'll try to do anything his older siblings do. One look at his chubby cheeks will melt your heart.

Pray for the bible studies that meet throughout the week. Pray that people all over San Francisco will understand the salvation message and will want to draw close to him.

Praise God that we have had many people recently baptized! Pray that they will mature in their faith and that the other believers will be able to mentor them.
Pray that the teens who came to hang out at my house every Saturday will understand that incredible love that God has for them.
Weekly the Paraguayan leaders meet to learn new Bible study material, encourage each other in their personal quiet times, and discuss church issues. Pray that they will have a strong desire to reach their town for Jesus.
Praise God for a wonderful welcome to the USA. Our kids have transitioned well (and Jeff and I have done ok too). Pray that we will use this time wisely and that we will be an encouragement to all we meet.
Pray for our team mates, Tony, Jean and their 3 boys as they prepare for this to be their final year working with the church in San Francisco (they have labored there 10 years). This is an important year of transition from missionary leadership to total Paraguayan leadership.
Pray for our SIM team mates who we love and respect. These incredible missionaries have such a heart to reach Paraguay (and the world) for Christ.
